These terms govern your use of the Everlasting Sobriety website, our application process, and — if you're accepted — your residency at Everlasting Sobriety. Please read them carefully.

By using this website, submitting an application, creating an account, or residing at Everlasting Sobriety, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or apply.
Everlasting Sobriety provides a structured sober-living residence for adult men. You must be at least 18 years old to apply or use this site. By applying, you confirm you meet our admission criteria and that the information you provide is true and complete.
Submitting an application does not guarantee admission. We review each application and admit members at our discretion, subject to eligibility, bed availability, and house fit. We verify the information submitted. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for denial or, if discovered after admission, immediate removal. We may decline any application or request additional information before making a decision.
Everlasting Sobriety is a voluntary, transitional recovery residence. If you are accepted, you become a member — not a tenant. You are not entering a lease, and your residency does not create a landlord-tenant relationship. You are not entitled to the rights or protections that a tenant would have under Massachusetts (or other applicable state) landlord-tenant law.
Membership is conditioned on your continued compliance with our house rules and code of conduct. As described in our house manual, certain violations — including any use or possession of alcohol or drugs, violence or threats, weapons, theft, or refusal to test — may result in immediate removal from the residence without prior notice and without refund of prepaid rent, fees, or deposits.
Members receive and must agree to the Everlasting Sobriety manual and house rules at intake. Those rules are incorporated into these terms by reference and govern day-to-day life in the residence, including curfews, drug and alcohol testing, visitor policies, chores, fees, and grounds for removal. We may update the house rules from time to time; continued residency constitutes acceptance of the current rules.
Member-portal accounts are for the use of the individual they're issued to. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that are misused or that violate these terms.

Everlasting Sobriety is a sober-living residence. We do not provide medical care, detox, clinical treatment, or psychiatric services, and nothing on this site is medical advice. Members are responsible for their own healthcare through their own providers. If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, call 911. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline).
Recovery depends on many factors outside our control. We make no guarantee or warranty regarding sobriety, recovery, or any particular result from residing with us.
The Everlasting Sobriety name, logo, website, and content are owned by Everlasting Sobriety and protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our permission, except as needed to use the site for its intended purpose.
The site relies on third-party providers (for example, hosting, security, payment processing, and address lookup) and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for third-party services or sites we do not control, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
The website and our services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everlasting Sobriety and its operators, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising out of your use of the site, the application process, or the residence. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Everlasting Sobriety and its operators from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your violation of these terms, your misuse of the site, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, unless otherwise required by law. Grievances related to your residency are handled through the process described in our house manual.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Effective" date above. Your continued use of the site or residency after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
